1 - Contact us!
Wherever you are, send us an email or fill in our form indicating what type of service you want. Your request will be analyzed and you will get a response as soon as possible!

2 - Prior Assessment
All services require a free prior assessment of the customer's needs, through which the duration, time and budget of the service will be
established.
In this sense, in addition to the type of service, we will request information such as the number of pages and/or words; the document type; the language(s); among other data.

3 - A budget you approve
After the customer approves the budget and the duration of the service, we will get to work. It is time for you to relax and wait for our contact, as soon as the service is finished!

4 - This isn't quite what I wanted, what now?
We know all too well that research work is never truly finished, so praeteritum allows the client to send up to 2 slightly altered versions of the original project (ie, minor alterations to the document(s) proposed in the service agreement), if it is within the deadline previously established.

5 - Delivery and Payment
You will receive the final translated version within the agreed time frame. Thank you so much for trusting us!
We will wait for your feedback and payment, which you must do within the previously agreed period and request a receipt.
